This last year has been tough. Most of you are craving some peace and wanting to connect more deeply inside yourself with simple tools. I invite you to join me in creating a strong foundation for a daily wellness practice. We will be diving into breath-work and meditation over the the course of four virtual sessions. These will be available for access at any time by you.

I have been meditating and studying various meditation techniques for the last 15 years. I am going to share a variety of techniques that you can implement daily into your life. Not only will I be teaching you mindfulness meditation techniques but also how to perform various breathing exercises to calm the nervous system, increase your immunity, help with sleep and anxiety, and improve your performance.
